Speaker: Matt Wrate, Director, Chord Consult, Nottingham
Bio: Matt Wrate joined the industry in 2003 after completing a BSc degree. He went on to achieve an MSc, CIBSE national student of the year, and PassivHaus accreditation. Matt has worked on several of the East Midlands’ most prestigious construction projects, including a carbon-negative office development. His extensive knowledge of educational building standards and ongoing work in the evolution and decarbonization of school design make him a highly valuable speaker.
