We are pleased to announce the success of our 2nd Building Services Exhibition & Careers Fair, which was held on 20th February at Loughborough University. The event was attended by a large number of students, graduates, consultants, manufacturers, and ASHRAE members. We would like to extend our gratitude to ASHRAE President Farooq Mehboob for joining us.
The event featured informative sessions on various topics related to building services. These included YEA in ASHRAE, Equity Diversity & Inclusivity (EDI) with Loughborough University Pro Vice-Chancellor Charlotte Croffie, Keynote session by ASHRAE DL Frank Mills, Net Zero Systems by VISHAVJEET (LG), Graduate Skills for industry by Hays, PhD Posters, and MSc Student presentation on “How do they see themselves tackling global climate change and what do they expect from ASHRAE”.
We would like to extend our congratulations to the winners of the PhD Poster competition, which included MUHAMMAD AHMAD, Athanasia (Nasia) Apostolopoulou, and Shanti Srinivas. The winners of the MSc student presentation were Thomas Crook, Ayushi Chandani, and Harshad Bangera.
